Billing & Payments:

All merchandise must be paid in full before we can dispatch. We require 100% payment with confirmed order for dispatch of any consignment/container, in addition to all shipping and handling costs, and any other costs that may be notified from time to time.

While availing any of the payment method/s available on Aartees,  we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

•           Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or

•           Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Bank/s", or

•           Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or

•           Decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

All payments made against the purchases/services on Aartees  by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. We do not accept any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on Website.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Aartees for redelivery shall be claimed from you.

Cancellation of order: We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, under a situation where we are not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the our policy or for any other reason. However, we will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you (customer), and the order has not been processed or approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Aartees  has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Aartees and accept Aartees’s decision regarding the cancellation.

In this case, once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, we would need a maximum of 5 business days to cancel the order and initiate refund. Please note that post our initiation of your refund, it may take upto 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by Aartees.

Shipping & Delivery

Aartees  ships the products displayed on it’s website to almost all parts of India. Orders once placed and confirmed will be shipped as per the personalization time required for the same. Shipping period may range from 4 days to 15 days from the time of confirmation of the order depending on the personalization required for the order.

Artist Razi Rozario paintings will take around 15 days time to get ready as we do it according to the order. So the paintings alone, or clubbed with any other products will reach u in minimum of 20 days time. As we continue to grow, we would add more and more delivery locations in India. Preorder items will take a minimum of 30 days for delivery.

Shipping prices will be mentioned at the time of purchase.
